Makes a noise that kinda sounds like a rubbing noise in the washing cycle.Any idea what part could this be? Thank you
For model number MVWB757JW0

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. The drum bearings support the drum and help it to rotate smoothly. If they are worn out or damaged, it can cause loud grinding or screeching noises during the spin cycle. They come attached to the gear case, part number PS12741641. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My washer keeps throwing an off balance code on certain loads. Sometimes right when the wash cycle is finished and going into a spin or sometimes when it’s on the final spin cycle and sometimes both. If I ring the close out and reposition them it continues and finishes. I have tried to wash very small loads and half the time the loads run fine other times it still throws the code.

Hi Hanna, thank you for the question. We would suggest checking the suspension rods. The suspension rod kit for your model is part number PS12347544. It supports the wash tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

What's the difference between this rotor and this one: parts select number PS10064560? One is more than double the price and they are both listed as compatible with my washer model.
For model number MVWB765FC4

I recently replaced the Clutch and The Slider for this model but is still throwing the same error code "f7e4", a friend of mine has a MVH723HW0 washer that he no longer uses and want to know if the stator and rotor are interchangeable for these models, they have different part numbers but look exactly the same other than the color
For model number MVW7232HW1
PartSelect logo
Hi Brandon, thank you for reaching out. No, the rotor and stator for both these models are not interchangeable. We would recommend using the model compatible parts only. As you have already replaced the clutch and slider for this error code, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS16745143. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My washer won't move past the "sensing" portion of the wash cycle and when it tries to spin you can hear some type of friction. It's throwing E0 and F7 error codes. Do I need to replace the drive motor?
For model number MVWB765FC3
PartSelect logo
Hello Kyle, Thank you for your inquiry. This error code usually indicates an issue with the lid lock assembly, the water level sensor or the valve. The water level sensor on this model is part of the control board so you can check the hose and board to see if there is any visible damage, and you can test the lid switch and water inlet valve with a multimeter. If those parts test ok, then we would recommend checking the rotor and stator. Good luck with your repair.

My washer is making a grinding noise. It seems to be coming from the motor. The motor looks to have a loose bearing because it wabbles which makes the noise what should i replace.
For model number MVWB765FW2

Hello Rick, thank you for reaching out to us. You will need to inspect the motor rotor and stator. If the motor is wobbling or has a bad bearing, you will need to replace the stator, part number PS12348983. If the rotor, part number PS12584381, is worn out or misaligned, it can cause grinding or vibration. We hope this information helps!
