Since the merger between our two sites, we are committed to selling the same trusted OEM parts, and providing the same level of service under the same expert team.

All existing EasyApplianceParts orders have either shipped, or will continue to ship as planned.

Why did EasyApplianceParts become PartSelect?

To better serve you, we consolidated our resources to focus on our largest platform, PartSelect. EasyApplianceParts and PartSelect have always been a part of the same family, under the same ownership. This change allows us to continue offering the best selection, prices, and service.

When did the change happen?

The transition occurred on March 5, 2025.

What happens to my existing orders placed on EasyApplianceParts?

All existing orders will be shipped as planned. If you have an outstanding EasyApplianceParts order, you can enter your order number on PartSelect for up-to-date information on it, or reach out to the PartSelect customer service team for information.

Does PartSelect offer the same parts and services as EasyApplianceParts?

Yes! PartSelect provides the same OEM replacement parts, support, and reliable service that you’ve come to expect from EasyApplianceParts.

What happens to my EasyApplianceParts Order History and Data?

You can contact PartSelect customer service to access any previous order information from EasyApplianceParts after the changeover, or enter your order information into PartSelect to view the information. No data will be lost, and the same team and systems will be in place to keep track of your order history with us.

Can I still contact the same customer service team?

Will prices change?
