latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

Washer door always needed to be slammed to shut and finally the latch broke.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!

My front load washer is stuck on pause and the door lock isn't working. I don't see a model #, where can I find this? How much is the door lock part?
For model number Unknown
Hello Karen, thank you for your question. You will find the model number on a sticker or rating plate. This can usually be found either on or behind the door frame, or behind the removable kickplate panel at the bottom of the machine. The PAU, or pause, error usually means that the washing machine cycle was interrupted and was not restarted properly. If you try to modify the cycle or start a new one before the first cycle is complete, the PAU error will appear on the display. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, you sent me a new Electrolux washer door latch but it looks like the tip of the original latch is still stuck in the door. Any idea how I can remove it?
Thanks,
Heather
For model number Efls627utt0
Hi Heather, thank you for reaching our. Our research has found that you can try and unscrew the top of the washing machine and lift it off so you can access the back of the door catch. You'll be able to push on the tip of the catch to release it. You may need a flathead screwdriver to help you if the catch is too stiff or fiddly to release with your fingers. We hope this helps.

Hi There, the washing machine runs perfectly the first wash cycle. After I am done with the first one, if I start the next wash cycle in about two minutes (a new load of clothes), it will also run with no problems. However, if more than few minutes pass between two consecutive batches then the machine refuses to start. I have to use a timer and to rush to add the next wash load. When it runs, I am very happy with the quality of washing... What could be wrong?
For model number EFLS617STT0
Hello Cristina, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the knob assembly, part number PS11766018, to solve the problem. It processes the cycle settings you choose. The interface also houses the display for the washer. We hope this helps!
