Discharge pump doesn't come on replaced pump still doesn't work no error codes present
For model number EFLS617SIW0
Hello John, thanks for reaching out. If your washing machine is not draining, we recommend checking all drain hoses for obstructions, as you have already replaced your drain pump. There is also a filter in your washer that needs to be cleaned and sometimes replaced. If it is clogged, it will restrict water flow. We also recommend inspecting the lid lock - if this is malfunctioning it will not lock the machine to drain and spin. If you are looking to purchase this part then you can do so by either adding it to your cart and going through the checkout process online, or by calling our customer service line and ordering with one of our agents. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
