When using the “Fast Wash” mode the timer will freeze (one time with 3 min remaining another time with 7 min remaining), when it freezes the washer just keeps performing the function it was doing at that time until I select “Cancel”. This only happens in “Fast Wash”, all other modes are normal.

Hi Gordon, thank you for your inquiry. The most likely causes for a frozen timer in “Fast Wash” are a drain system issue or an unbalanced load, as these can stall the machine. Make sure the load is evenly distributed. Check the clogged drain pump filter or a kinked drain hose, which can cause the machine to get stuck. If this does not help, the drain pump, part number PS12365827, could be faulty, not draining water properly. Glad to be of help!
