Do I need special shipping bolts to move the machine? If yes, do you offer them?

Washer starts, very noisy, and nothing happens, just keeps running. No water enters the machine. When running diagnostics the machine checks fine, water comes in it spins and pumps out the water, but still nothing happens when attempting to wash a load.

Thank you for your question. If the washer is making a banging or clunking sound, there may be an issue with the front or rear shock absorbers and they will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
Hello Linda, thank you for getting in touch. Your model comes with the only door boot seal, part number PS12731388. Its color is gray. We hope this helps.
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
