changed the suspension rods but washer still shakes hard and moves

Hello John, thank you for your question. Another possible cause of shaking is a faulty Gearcase PS16220911. The bearings are not sold individually but with the gearcase only. If your washing machine is still shaking after replacing the suspension rods, the problem may be with the drum bearings. We hope this helps.
