Where is the grease come from out the bottom on the floor
For model number 11025132412
Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably related to the gearcase. It might not be properly sealed due to a loose rivet or the inside of the gearcase transmission system rubber seal may be worn out. We hope this information is useful!

How do u get the bolt off inside the tub? It's making grinding noise when washing
For model number 11025132412
Hello Donna, thank you for reaching out. To locate the Washplate screw PS10064547, reach inside the agitator to grab the plastic dust cap with your fingers and lift it from the agitator. Some agitators do not have caps, in which case you can safely skip this step. Connect an 8- to 10-inch socket extension to a socket wrench. Attach a 1/2 inch or a 7/16 inch socket to the extension. Insert the socket into the agitator to remove the agitator bolt from inside the agitator. Reach your fingers beneath the agitator and lift it from the machine. We hope this helps. ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand. Buttoned it back up and got caught up on laundry. good day when the washer is fixed.
Replaced the gears that were eaten up, the retainer and the actuated. All parts but the spring are plastic. Did all according to your instructions. Happy to report all went well. Washer is working again.
