Washer works as it should until it's supposed to drain then throws the f9e1 check that the drain is clear which I have checked all hoses none are clogged or kinked the pump is clear and propellers are intact with correct amount of resistants. Once the code pops up the only way to get the washer to drain is to tilt the washer until the pump kicks on and starts to drain.

We would recommend making sure that the drain pump, part number PS12731177, is properly secured in its place. If that is not causing the issue, then we would recommend replacing the pump as it is most likely faulty. We hope this sorts out your problem!
