Water won't drain out unless i drain it my self,once i do that it works fine again until water wontvdrain all the way out what can cause this

Hi Lakeesha, thank you for reaching out. The gasket for the fabric softener comes attached to the dispenser tray, part number PS16620355. It does not come separately. We hope that helps!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
