Can I install the tall agitator on this machine?
For model number WTW7120HW0
Hi Kit, thank you for your question. According to our research, this model comes with a wash plate, part number PS10064549, for circulating the wash load through the water. There is no replacement agitator for this model. You may replace this wash plate by simply removing the screw holding the existing one, and pulling it out. Similarly, align the new wash plate and put the screw back on. We hope this information helps!
I am getting an error code F2E2. What does this code mean? What part(s) do I need to buy to fix this problem, if any? Where can I find instructions on how to do the repair myself? Thanks.
For model number WTW7120HW0
Hi Donald, Thank you for the question. This error code indicates the main control board is not getting correct signal from the user interface. We suggest checking the wiring and boards for loose connections, wear or damage. We hope this helps!

The washer will not start. But if wire leading to detergent despenser is taken off will run. Checked for code by touching regular, delicate and bulking three times led panel will work but when wire connect won't even power up

Hello Brenda, thank you for the question. Based on the understanding of the issue, you may need to replace the fabric softener dispenser, part number PS16660541. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Eric, thank you for the question. We would recommend checking the power cord first. If it is fine, then you may need to replace the main control board, part number PS12745520. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Machine works fine just very loud when spinning only. No codes displayed. It is loud when I spin the tub by hand. When i spin the agitator plate only it sounds fine. Would it be bearings or clutch. All cycles are fine just loud.

Hi Phillip, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would recommend replacing the washer clutch, part number PS10064562. It spins the basket during the spin cycle. We hope that helps!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
Super easy repair, simply turn the broken door strike counterclockwise to remove; insert the new door strike into the slots and turn clockwise to lock into place.
