This washing machine (only about 3 years old) gets stuck on the spin cycle. I have already replaced the control board, and cleaned out underneath the washer plate. I can't tell if there is a drain pump filter on this model or not. Suggestions??
For model number MVW7232HW0
Hello Rick, thank you for the question. According to our research, your model comes with the drain pump filter, which is located under the inner tub, and with the optional add-on drain filter. You may need to clean the drain filters and the drain tube. If this does not resolve the issue, then you may need to replace the drain pump, part number PS12731177, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!

What does F8EI code on console mean. Some times it shows no water , but I know there is water.

Hello Tammy, thank you for your question. It sounds like the lid switch might be broken. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before you begin. Set your multimeter to the lowest ohms of resistance and test your lid switch. If it does not read any continuity, then your lid switch is indeed faulty. Part number PS12730859. You cold also test the water level switch. The water level switch has three terminals. Test them for continuity in pairs. First, touch the meter probes to terminals 1 and 2. Note the reading, which should be either 8 (infinity, which means no continuity) or some value close to 0.0 (continuity). Analyze the results of the continuity tests: Two of the pairs should have no continuity, and one should have continuity. If you get a different result, the switch is bad and needs to be replaced. Part number PS12348295. We hope this helps!

Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
Did troubleshooting after code LF showed on indicator window. Did troubleshooting; checked hoses for obstructions and small filters on inlets. All good. Ordered new fill valve. Came in a few days, good service. Removed control panel top by removing screws on back of control panel, then by pushing putty knife under each side to release spring clips. Carefully lifted cover and set onto lid. Photographed fill valve at left side as you are standing in front of machine. Removed screws with small ratchet. Carefully removed wires via clips. Lifted out valve. Attached wires to new, set back into its place, replaced screws, tightened but not too tight so as to break part. Replaced control panel, pushing downward to engage spring clips, then replace screws on back. Re attached hoses, ensuring they were on the correct sides, plugged machine into power, ran through cycle and VIOLA!! Worked perfectly!! After a couple weeks, still working perfectly! Was VERY happy it was only fill valve and not mother board as the cost was a fraction. I found trouble shooting videos to be very helpful. Your service quite good.
