Hi:
The above washer will not turn on at all, no lights come on, no display nothing. I checked the outlet and it has power.
I tried entering diagnostic mode and it does nothing... never comes one.
Any suggestions of what is wrong?

If there are no lights, no display, and the washer will not enter diagnostic mode even though the outlet has power, the most likely cause is a failed main control board. The control board is responsible for supplying power to the user interface and controlling the washer’s functions. An internal board failure can prevent the washer from powering on completely and may stop it from responding to diagnostic mode commands. Inspect the wiring connections between the control board and console, and if the connections are secure, you may need to replace the main control board, part number PS16555302. there seems tto be a gap inside my washer now between the top and the drum about 3-4 inches that was never there before and now my washer makes a squealing noise at start up and during spin cycle. could it be a belt or the suspension?

Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
