Hello James, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number that you have provided and would recommend checking the lid switch assembly, the water inlet valve, and the lid lock strike. Check the strike for any visible damage, and you can test the water inlet valve and lid lock switch with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi Kimberly,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the lid switch, the lid strike, the lid lock bezel and the electronic control board and switches. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts and some others as well. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
