Product Description
Drawer Slide Rail - Left Side Specifications
This left-hand freezer basket slide assembly allows the bottom freezer basket to glide smoothly in and out, helping keep the drawer aligned and easy to use. When this rail wears out, the basket may stick, sit unevenly, or become difficult to pull. Replacing the slide restores proper movement and prevents jamming. Installation is simple and usually involves either snapping the rail into place or securing it with screws along the side of the freezer drawer.

Balls fell out so I needed a new slide
Basically took the broken piece off and put the new one on after removing the part on the new assembly I didn't need to replace ( It was still secure on the freezer) just popped that bad boy on
