This is an authentic manufacturer-sourced replacement o-ring which is specially designed for use with air compressors. It helps to provide an air tight seal for the nut which secures the outlet tube, please make sure to check appropriate diagrams of your model for correct location and use of this item. Over time o-rings tend to deteriorate and crack eventually requiring replacement to maintain the proper seal.
