The strike plate and locking mechanism broke on my washing machine. I’m a manual therapist and I use a ton of sheets every day, averaging 3-4 loads! It’s really hard to get a repair technician out as I live in a rural community so to find this and have it shipped directly to me was awesome. Replacing the old one with the new one took a few minutes , it was super easy! If there is one thing I would improve with this experience it would be an option for faster delivery. It was the longest week waiting for it to come!

latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

Door lock wouldn't.
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
