Sides of washer dented out
Replaced Suspension rods removed 3 screws on back of washer, lifted the top, Removed suspension rods and and replaced all 4 on drum.

Will the suspension parts solve problem of out of ballance and how do I install parts

Hello David, thank you for reaching out. The suspension rod kit supports the wash tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads. Replacing it will resolve your problem. Is this kit all 4 suspension rods or just one?

Why it won't continue the spin cycle? It will spin for a couple of minutes but it won't finish the spin cycle and it will rinse back again. Washer is on a flat surface and balanced.

Hello Rubrick, thank you for contacting us. A clogged drain pump filter can prevent the washer from spinning properly. Check and clean the filter if necessary. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged, which can prevent the washer from draining and spinning properly. The lid switch must be functioning properly for the spin cycle to work. If the lid switch or the lid lock assembly, part number PS11722981, is faulty, the washer may not spin. We hope this information helps!
Hi, my Maytag makes a grinding sound during spin cycle, and becomes more high pitched the faster it goes. Will this suspension kit resolve this issue. Again it only makes the sound during sensing or spin cycle. Not during agitation.
