Hello Billy, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the washer fill seal, part number PS1803069. It prevents water leaks between the fill valve and hose connection. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
We had a power surge in the area and now my washer won’t work. Is there a reset for this model???? Please help me!!!
For model number 11028132410
Hi Ruthe, thank you for the question. To reset your washer, since Kenmore washers do not have a reset button, go ahead and turn the washer off. Disconnect the washer from its power source. Then, wait for about three to five minutes. Now reconnect the washing machine to the power source and turn it on again. If it does not help, it is likely the control board, part number PS11723064 is faulty and is going to need to be replaced. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Hello William, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: lid switch, the rotor, the stator and the gear case. Hope this helps.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
