Is this cantilevered door shelf clear plastic or white plastic?

Hello Kathy, thank you for your question. This bin is completely clear plastic. There is no white on it anywhere. It is the adjustable bin that goes on the inside of the fridge door. And is specific to your appliance, so it is guaranteed to fit. I hope this helps!

This product is the bin that goes on the door in the middle, correct? And this should be 13.5x6x3?

It says that W10803530 will fit but the dimensions seems to be different than the WP2204812 which is the correct replacement for sure. The latter only comes in white, not clear; we prefer clear. Can you tell us if the W10803530 will really work for the Maytag MRT311FFFH00? Thank you!
