Suspension Spring 134362800

Easily replaced without major disassembly. The most difficult part was threading the lifting wire through the tub hole and up through the hanger point. Since this part has its hooks at 90 from each other be sure to hook the round end into the tub so that the top hook is pointing outwards. I bent the lifting wire and pushed it down through the hanger point and hooked the spring to it while holding the spring in the tub hole. I moved the water inlet assembly out of the way to allow me to reach into that side. Disconnect it from the soap tray by removing 2 screws and the 3 wiring connections to the valves. Then you can move it out of the way without removing it entirely. There's plenty of room to replace the other spring without any obstacles. I would recommend replacing both springs at the same time because if one spring has failed the other may have been stressed. Better to do it now than in a week or a month later if the other spring fails.

Tried to ask for the procedure to return the part after recieving it, still no response !!! No exactly happy with the situation.
