I am currently getting a code F8E1 and the washer intermittently won’t finish the rinse cycle. It fills initially for the wash cycle but sometimes won’t go through the rinse cycle. Not sure if it has a level sensor or if it has a water valve that could be going bad. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The F8E1 error code indicates a "long fill" or "no water detected" issue, meaning the washer is not filling with enough water, filling too slowly, or cannot detect the water level. To troubleshoot, ensure both hot and cold water valves are fully open, inlet hoses are not kinked, and the inlet screens are not clogged. If these are not the issues, you may need to replace the water inlet valve, part number PS16744968. We hope this solves your problem!
