Dishwasher Control Board
We were surprised at how quickly it arrived. It was fairly easy to install and it corrected the problem that we had been putting up with for over a year. Wish we had gotten around to it sooner.

Good morning. My Frigidaire dishwasher control panel lights up EXCEPT for the START/CANCEL button. So, I do not know if the circuit board is the problem or the panel itself (which is not available). What do you think?
For model number FDB4315LFC3
Hello Howard, Thank you for your inquiry. It could be the the control panel ribbon cable, which you can check with a multimeter to see if it is the issue. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.

The dishwasher starts up normally but after running for a few minutes it sops and the power failure (PF) code is displayed. BUT if we chose a different washing program like energy saver it runs normally to the end of the cycle.
I’m wondering if it’s the control board?
PS No power outage on that circuit, no other appliances or lights affected
For model number DGHD2433KF1
Hi Raul,
Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher is stopping mid cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door latch and switches, the electronic control board, the control panel, the heating element and the vent assembly. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

No power outage on that circuit, the dishwasher is on its own circuit.

Hello Dennis, Thank you for the question. The heater could be drawing too much amperage and can be tested for resistance. The heater PartSelect Number PS3653449 should read 16 ohms of resistance. My dishwasher buttons aren’t working except the rinse and the my favorite cycle buttons. I can’t start or cancel or anything. Is it the circuit board or does it sound like something else.
For model number FGID2466QB4A
Hello Parker, Thank you for your inquiry. It could be either an issue with the console or the control board. You can actually test this by disconnecting the power to the dishwasher, then unplugging the console from the control board, then putting the door back together. Leaving the door open, turn the power on to the dishwasher. Wait 10 minutes and then shut the door. If there is an issue with the console, the control board will detect it has been disconnected and turn the drain pump on. If the drain pump does not come on, then it's an issue with the control board. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order for a part, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

My touch pads all are working, I set my cycles and the start button light is blinking, but it will not say close door and start, this happens intermittently. I turn off the circuit breaker for at least ten minutes and then may be able to start it. I took the touch pad panel apart and checked the connections and the ribbons were clean. I have put it back together, turned the breaker back on. I got all panel lights on, then just the cycle lights and I was able to start. This has never happened before. Do you think I could have reset it?
For model number FGID2466QF5A
Hello Debora, Thank you for the question. This could indicate the Door Latch Switch is defective and the Latch needs to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Setting the wash cycle to Quick clean or Power wash it goes thru that cycle then continues to normal cycle so wash time goes for 90 mins plus. Does thgat mean the mother board needs to be replaced ?
For model number FGHD2465NFOA
Hi Gary, Thank you for the question. Yes, this is normally an indication the Electronic Control Board is faulty and not proceeding through the cycles properly. We hope this helps!

I believe I'm having a problem with my drain pump not shutting off. I checked the usual suspects, float switches good, drain hose is installed properly, sump is clear. I put it through a water test got through the end of the water test had a clear s code but the drain pump was still running. it will not cut off unless I open the door, I'm leaning towards a bad circuit board what do you think?
For model number FGHD2465NF1A
Hi Rick,
Thank you for your question. If you have checked the float, the drain hose and the sump and the pump is still running, there may be some standing water on the bottom under the cavity. You will need to dry it to stop the pump from running. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

My dishwasher starts fine, but then just powers off after a few minutes with no warning and no lights. Restarting the cycle always works. I've already replaced the latch to no avail, but wanted to know if there are other culprits? I don't want to buy a control board only to find that I also need a panel (which is now discontinued).
For model number FGHD2433KF0
Hi Nick, thank you for reaching out. We have concluded that the issue is with the control board, part number PS12365809. It manages the functions of the dishwasher, such as washing, draining and drying. You may only replace the control board to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

I have a Frigidaire gallery dishwasher model FGHD2465NB1A that has worked great until very recently. After a storm, the display on the front of the dishwasher only displays code A. I Flipped the breaker and left the power off for at least 15 minutes. When I powered it back on, it had a PF (to indicate power failure) code but as soon as I opened it, it went back to the code A. None of the buttons on the control panel do anything. It Continues to have the A error. Does this sound like a control panel issue?
For model number FGHD2465NB1A
Hi Tammy, thanks for the great question. Yes, this could be that your control board has burned out. We also recommend inspecting both your drain pump and circulation pump to make sure they are functioning properly. If one of them are drawing too much power from the board, it will need to be replaced before it does damage to the board. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service. Good luck with your repair!

I just replaced the drain pump on my dishwasher due to the old wine being extremely loud which I suspect worn out bearings. The new drain pump works great and is very quiet but all of a sudden I lost all power and control of the dishwasher unit. No lights on the control display or anything. I flipped the breaker and confirmed I have 120VAC to the unit but still is completely dead.
I’m worried I might have shorted something in the pump repair? But not even sure how that could have happened.
For model number FGHD2465NF1A
Hello Jake, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the control board, part number PS12365809. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
