This is the part number my local Electrolux dealer gave me to replace the part I need. My question is: does it have the white latching mechanism? I ask because it is on my part, but you don't have any pictures that I can see it in, and it is not shown on your parts drawing.
For model number EIFLW55HIW0
Hi Mike, thank you for contacting us. The latch mechanism is not included with this drawer. You may need to replace the whole dispenser drawer assembly, part number PS3495314, to replace the latch mechanism. We hope this answers the question.

My washer is leaking water down from the control panel. I put a rag right over the door to catch it when washing. Any ideas?

Hi Libby, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the water line first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the water inlet valve, part number PS11766077. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
