Are the capacitor and start relay separate items that can be purchased without the compressor?

Hi Ralph, thank you for reaching out. We have found that your model does not come with a relay or capacitor. The inverter, part number PS12070625, controls the compressor. If your compressor is not working, you may need to check the inverter board. We hope this information is useful!
