Hi Don, thank you for reaching out. Our research has found that the most likely culprit is either the Water Filter, part number PS11722128 or the Water Inlet Valve, part number PS12349536. We hope this helps.
Bough unit in Dec 2021. 2 of the 3 lights on the right side and the 2 lights above the top shelf do not light up any more. The 3 lights on the left side of the unit work fine. The door switch appears to work fine as it does cycle the lights that do work off and on. What do I need?

Hello Vic, thank you for getting in touch. We have concluded that the issue is most probably with the inverter board, part number PS12723965. You may need to check it to solve the problem. It controls the power supply to the refrigerator LED lights. Glad to be of help!
First I shut the water off to the refrigerator.then i pushed the big button in the middle of the grille below the refrigerator door. pulled out the old filter, took the front cap off the old filter put it on the new filter. took the two red caps off the new filter. pushed the filter in till it locked in place. all done! Turned the back on.
It's simple enough in theory: read the side of the box and follow the instructions. BUT you need to really push the knob in pretty hard (I am a girl, and my hand strength isn't that good). If you don't, when you turn the knob, the filter won't come out, then it's tougher. So: make sure the knob pops before you turn!
