Left door flip strip top snap connection snapped out. How do I get it to snap back in place
For model number KRFF707ESS01
Hello John, Thank you for asking. If the top of the rail has popped out of place and will not just simply snap back into place, the rail will need to be replaced. The Top Cap is not suppose to be popped out or removed. We hope this helps!

Hello Scott, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the LED lights to solve the problem. The LED lights do not come separately, and they come with the LED light module service kit, part number PS17216454. Glad to be of help!
We have an RO filter and no longer need the water filter in our refrigerator. Do we just leave an old filter in place, do we remove it and leave the spot empty? If we remove the filter, is there a plug or something that needs to be put there to avoid leaks? Thanks.
For model number KRFF707ESS01
Hello Jeffrey, Thank you for contacting us. You should be able to just remove the filter, this model should not need a bypass to dispense water without the filter in place. The Replace Filter light may stay on but should not impact the operation of the refrigerator. If it does leak, you may need to replace the filter head assembly. We hope this helps.
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy. called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.
