All my lights in fridge have burnt out how do I get replacements and do I need a technician to replace them. The fridge is not even a year old.
For model number KBFN502ESS02
Hi Judy, thank you for the question. You can replace the lights by yourself. To get the plastic cover out, you will need a putty knife to pry it out of the liner. The LED light module kit for your model is part number PS17216452. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
I AM UNABLE TO TURN ON OR OFF THE ICE MAKER. MY MANUAL'S DIRECTIONS ARE FOR A DIFFERENT TYPE OF ICE MAKER.
For model number KBFN502ESS02
Hi Linda, thank you for getting in touch. To turn on the ice maker, lower the wire shutoff arm. To turn it off, lift the wire shutoff arm until you hear a click. We hope this information helps!

First I shut the water off to the refrigerator.then i pushed the big button in the middle of the grille below the refrigerator door. pulled out the old filter, took the front cap off the old filter put it on the new filter. took the two red caps off the new filter. pushed the filter in till it locked in place. all done! Turned the back on.
It's simple enough in theory: read the side of the box and follow the instructions. BUT you need to really push the knob in pretty hard (I am a girl, and my hand strength isn't that good). If you don't, when you turn the knob, the filter won't come out, then it's tougher. So: make sure the knob pops before you turn!
