The drawer glides broke
The parts arrived quickly and the repair was so simple it took less than 5 minutes to do, I do however wonder why one screw cost $15.00 though.

Drawer glide was broken on each side so drawer was not in properly
Remove damaged driver glides on both sides, save screws to reuse. Put right glider on right and left glider on left side of drawer and tighten screws with screwdriver.
