Broken wheels on top rack
The instruction included were pretty comprehensive. Also, it is not a difficult fix. Only thing I did different was install the release arm before snapping the upper part on to the rack. Liked the Phillips screw converter included in case someone does not have star bits for the screws. Returned the stop Clips, not needed.

rollers broke off of top shelf sliders
Searched YouTube and followed a YouTube video step by step. YouTube had the exact same part replacement instructions. Paper instructions were difficult to read, but YouTube repairman takes you through procedure with closeup video.

BOTH SIDES OF UPPER WHEEL ASSEMBLY BROKE AND WHEELS FELL OUT.
Basically I just had to look at the instructions that came with replacement kit and follow the directions as shown. The included pictures for the kit were not very clear. Poor quality ! That being said, this install went very smooth, The directions were easy to understand and I had this dishwasher back up and running in no time. It was a pleasure to actually get this unit fixed so quickly. Thank You !!

upper left side adjuster assembly - the prongs that hold the wheels on broke off.
I disassembled the left side, and installed the new assembly. However, being older and my eyesight not the best, and had assembled it slightly out of position. After adding more light, a magnifying glass. and a much closer look, I found my mistake. I reassembled the unit. The right side only took about ten minutes. I would recommend a larger more visible picture of the unit. I noticed that the units did not roll as easily as the old ones. One must give a slight push to engage the tray into the back of the dishwasher. Had the picture been better, it would have taken only 20 or 30 minutes to assemble.

Original adjuster wheels broke off
I had left one adjuster on but the new ones were different. I started great but when doing the top part I didn't line up the wire rack with the holes in the upper adjuster plate and found out it was wrong so I had to use the pliers to unsnap the metal piece where they lock in. Once I got the first one complete it only took about 5 minutes to do the other side. The pictures included with the installation sheet were very dark. A you tube video would have been a great asset. It would have made it very simple and easy. In truth, the second side should only take a minute or two because I was only using one hand. My other arm was in a cast because I broke it. Anyone could do this.

Upper rack wheel supports broke
Fairly straightforward install of the kit parts. I was glad to see the new parts were stainless steel and not the weak plastic. I wish I would have known this - I ordered two kits instead of one because I figured it would break again soon. I was very glad to finally find the included screwdriver to torx adapter - I forgot my torx set.

the roller wheel on the upper rack kept falling off, allowing the rack to fall..dirty dishes
tried to follow the instruction that came with the parts, to no avail? it would have been better to send a note that said good luck. the only part that helped was the part that said remove the old parts. after that is was just a fit and test, fit and test, fit and test, only because of my expert analytical abilities was i able to fit it all together. please draw up better instructions. it fits good and works well.

3 of 4 rollers on top rack were broken off but still usable with care
I read through the instructions which actually took longer than actually doing the repair because some of the pictures were a little dark and it wasn't clear exactly which direction the parts were facing. The repair went exactly as the directions said.
