Watched on line video, helped tremendously. The video gave clear concise instructions.

While watching my infant daughter! The information strict ions and illustrations made my repair go easily. I removed the old parts and replaced the parts with ease.

Removed broken adjuster by prying open latch tabs. Assembled replacement per instructions. Had to test fit parts due to poor illustrations, compared to other adjuster for correct installation. 2nd side went much quicker

"level of difficulty" and "time to repair" are very tricky. IF I'd have relied on the supposed detailed photos sent with the parts, the "level of difficulty" would have been "impossible" and the "time to repair" would have been "takes forever; still trying to figure it out." However, as another commentator mentioned, there is a Youtube clip from KitchenAid that walks you through it. With that-- "difficulty" became "very easy" and time to repair became "10 minutes". Definitely watch the Youtube clip!!

Removed the old broken pieces, and installed the new awesome Stainless steel replacements as directed in the supplied instructions . Inserted the 4 supplied screws and gently tightened them. New parts have been redesigned and are MUCH sturdier than the old plastic parts. Some simple assembly is required.

Followed the installation instructions. Photos on installation instructions were not very easy to see, but instructions were good.

Followed directions supplied with part. Direction pictures were dark and hard to see details. Hex adaptor for screwdriver was too hard to use because made of plastic. Used my own hex wrench, which gave more leverage to drive screws into plastic pieces.

Remove old adjusters, just break them off if necessary since they will be replaced. Then followed the instructions that came with the new kit. They were very good. Took my time on the first side, reading each step in instruction sheet. Second side went much faster, almost didn't need the instruction sheer.

Followed retro fit instructions, it went great !

The repair was not very difficult after figuring out how to remove the existing parts. Two of the parts snap off and there's one release mechanism. Just reverse the procedure when replacing with new parts. The new parts fit perfectly and arrived FAST! I can fully load my dishwasher again without fear of the top rack collapsing!! NOTE: Be careful not to break the snap off parts when taking them off. Use a pliers to gently pry them off.

It was like a puzzle. I just looked at the other side of the rack. There are no screws;just plastic brackets. It would have been nice to have written directions but overall it went fairly smooth.

There were no directions with the part. Luckily I had done the other side and kind of knew what to do. I removed the old one by prying if off with a screwdriver and tried to remember where all the pieces would have to go back. The pieces did snap back into place and I got it to work.

Took apart pieces based on what I saw, there were no directions as to steps needed to take apart and re assemble. Used one side as guide, would have been nice to have detailed instructions.

I removed the tray and took a picture with my cellphone of the assemy to be removed. I snapped the related parts completely from the tray in order to remove the broken part. Assembly was reverse the process. Most of the time spent was initial to figure out how all parts could be separated. Therefore the other side was a quick fix.Removed
