66512776K310 Whirlpool Dishwasher - Instructions

I removed the old worn parts completely and then, following the instructions and trying to look at the pictures which were very dark and not able to be seen very well, I put the new parts on and replaced the rack in the dishwasher. The repair was fairly simple but would have been easier if the pictures on the instructions had been better.

Took a bit of interpretation to figure out how the piece fit together. Not same as the original. Once i decoded the system, the second side took less than 10 minutes. Fits and works fine.

First of all, the initial manufacture of the shelf rack rollers was substandard, and I replaced the left side less than a year ago, and both left and right side failed (rollers came off, causing shelf to drop down....not good!) When I "reordered' the parts the second time, I was pleased to see a "kit" was sent to replace "both" sides! Smart! I needed no tools, replaced the right side in 15 minutes, and the left side in 3 minutes. Much better than original parts! Thanks guys!!

the delivery time was terrific for the first thing. I placed all the parts out on the table and the instructions were very direct and simple to follow. it took more time to figure out the removal of the old plastic parts, but was very easy after you find where to place the screw driver to open the side cover and let the old adjuster fall apart. The new parts went in as directed by the directions, and pictures, very simply and it only takes a few minutes to complete and reinstall the top rack in the dishwasher. I was very pleased with all of the service.

You tube feature on the replacement made it a very, very easy job.

Followed the enclosed instructions.

Removed all the old adjuster parts. Laid out new parts for each side. Would have helped if pictures had been better quality. Figured out how the parts would be installed before actually installing them. Almost messed up 2 plastic tabs by not understanding how 2 parts locked together with the tabs and shoved them together too far on the trial run but, was able to get them apart without breaking off the tabs. The new parts are a stronger design than the original. The tracks work like a dream. I rated it a "Bit Difficult" because in the pictures I could not see enough detail, otherwise I would rate it easy.

Remove old rack adjusters. No removal instructions. Do one at a time. First requires some trial & error until removed. Install new replacement. Instructions not clear because pictures are dark & fuzzy. Again, install one with some trial & error. Second remove & replace becomes very easy.

The enclosed instructions were black and white, faded, with pictures subsequently fuzzy and difficult to analyze. The experienced DIYer will figure this one out with or without the instructions, but the less experienced DIYer may well struggle a bit here. There are two sides to be repaired. The first side took me 15 minutes to slowly puzzle out, the second side was less than 5 minutes once I grasped how all the pieces fit together.

Really went well. Very easy to repair

Read the instructions, removed old parts, installed the first side in about 4-5 minutes, second side about 3 minutes. Took longer to read instructions, than to repair. This is a great repair package, this appears to be a lot better than original parts. Fast service, very helpful customer service personal for return parts, as I ordered parts I didn't need. I took the upper rack out set it on its side and followed the instructions that came with the parts. Then turned it on the other side and repeated the instructions. The nice part about the instructions is they they came with clear photographs of each step in the instructions. You could clearly see how the parts were suppose to fit. No guessing at all. Great job, who ever created them. I will not hesitate to but parts from this website and is saved in my favorites.

Watched instruction video on You Tube. Easy to figure out how old adjuster came off. Followed instructions from video on installation. Did not have proper star screwdriver, but was able to use allen wrench on two screws.
