The pictures in the instructions supplied were horrible. I found a video on You Tube that made the install easy

The 1st person i had contact with wasn't any help choosing the correct part. Paid about $30.00 for the wrong part. Paid $8.00 more to ship the wrong part back for reimbursement. Meanwhile my son went to a local repair shop and got the right part for less than $40 and the repair shop installed the part on the rack for free
I was not happy with Part Select! Part Select cost me time and money and didnt get the job done

Followed the enclosed direction sheet

Followed the instructions from the U Tube video by Matt from Appliance Video for Adjuster Kit W10712394. Matt did an outstanding job describing exactly how to remove the old parts and install the new ones. He speaks slowly and precisely and left no detail behind. Removing and installing the parts went like a breeze! Thank you Matt!

The video saved me!

I took the top dishwasher rack off, then took off the old clip I had taped on. I hadn’t watched the video so I put the new one on by looking at the other side rail and inserted the new part matching the other rail, clicked the new clip on and I was done. it was quite easy for an eighty-one year old woman!! It did take me awhile to figure it out.

I broke it accidentally while trying to get it off and it would either not spin or fall off. I simply removed it out of the box and put it on. 2 turns to the right and I was done!

The manual that came along was confusing and was bit frustrating. I did not know how to remove the old parts. Then I viewed the video on YouTube. It was a lifesaver. I would recommend to viewers this video and it was like a piece of cake It took not more than 15 minutes including watching the video.

I followed the YouTube attached with PartSelect email invoice to fix it. I am very happy PartSelect sent repairing video instruction and took me less than 15 minutes to get it done. Awesome!

I ordered part PS10064063, metal left and right rack adjusters that should be more durable than the plastic parts that broke. To install, I watched this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otUn8eoceBw), pausing and rewinding as needed. Piece of cake! FYI, when the axle broke, the small little plastic prongs stopped the grinder, which caused the dishwasher not to cycle. Fortunately, that was repaired under extended warranty, but the rack wheel was not covered. The repairman said the grinder (in most dishwashers these days) is a very delicate blade. They can't really grind much - even tiny plastic pieces.

The new part has been modified so I was not replacing with "like" parts and with the photos being not very clear, it took a bit longer to figure out what went where. Also it took a little time to figure out how the old adjuster came apart but it really didn't matter if I broke it, it was broken already.

Got all the parts but no installation instructions. Saw the comment about youtube,, reviewed that and everything when together great.

I ordered this thinking I would probably need more parts, but was unsure which ones. When the part arrived I immediately noticed that it was not identical to the original part, but looked like it may work. I also received an instruction book that I did not expect. The first side probably took 15 or more minutes. The second side was installed in just a couple minutes. The toughest part was removing the old pieces.

Parts came with instructions however I just searched the part #on you tube and found a video of someone doing the repair. That made it super easy. Took me only about 20 min for the whole job and I am not a very “handy” guy. So glad I didn’t pay someone to come out to do this. Easy repair! In a nutshell you completely remove the old housing and wheel structure and replace it all with the new parts so when taking off the old parts don’t worry about breaking them.
