I am not sure how to rate this, service great but sending the wrong paart not so.
I was very happy with the service, however, it was the wrong part. I finally got a hold of someone at Bosch who spent a fair bit of time and finally confirmed there is no replacement lid for the dispenser and you can only get the complete dispenser, which I bought. You were the second company that send me the wrong part, a part that Bosch says is not sold separately.
