Hi
I’m looking for the complete upper and lower racks…mine rusted through with aggressive water , are these both available? Thanks Sean
For model number 63013909011
Hi Sean, thank you for reaching out. The upper dishrack assembly is part number PS12071955. We looked up the lower dishrack, and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for the discontinued part number 00685333. If they offer a new part number, please feel free to check back with us. We hope this helps.

Is there a replacement part for the door? I think the it broke since it no longer stays up
For model number 63013909011
Hello Anita, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the door for your model does not come as an assembly. You may need to purchase its parts. We have attached the relevant link from where you can purchase them. Glad to be of assistance!
We let this go for a shameful amount of time before I decided I could probably fix it. The roller broke so you could only pull it out about halfway or it would come off the track. I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and then just basically pushed it onto the rod and it was fixed. I am ashamed it took so long to do it. Never be afraid to try it yourself. It was a total of $10 shipped to fix it.
disconnected inlet hose and water line from sink, removed old inlet valve and installed new valve and reconnected inlet hose and water line from sink - checked for leaks.
This was the third time I replaced a fill valve in a Bosch diswasher, twice in this unit and once in a previous unit. I read the installation hints on your web site and want to add the following suggestion.
The notes on your web site say you can remove the valve from behind the toe face and pull it out to reach the hose and plug. I found that the Bosch designers called for both the hose and wire to on the short side. I found that pulling the dishwasher forward 6" to 9" allows you to access these connections from the side at least to hold them while making the connection. I hope this helps. Thank you, Bill
