Water Inlet Valve 134959340

The code on the machine indicated water inlet valve. Not having done this before and examine the new valve I thought I could figure the removal and installation out and sure enough it was easy. Saved $250 bucks doing it myself. Awesome!!!!

Funny; a Frigidaire part for a Westinghouse washer manufactured by Electrolux but used inside my Kenmore washer!!!

I work for a plumbing company and this part was easily found, it was the correct part, and came with install instructions for an easy repair.

The inlet valve assembly arrived quickly and in good condition but didn't have any rubber seals on the shafts that go into the front part of the washing machine. I fortunately hadn't thrown out the old valve assembly yet so was able to scavenge the seals off of that and place them on the new assembly. I think that the listings for the part should make note of the fact that it doesn't include the rubber seals and that they need to be ordered separately (and it should include a part # for those seals).

After the order was placed, it arrived as promised and was as expected. Very good. However the ordering procedure was annoying and left a lot to be desired! Two different prices for different supplier names shipping from the same address, and neither of them indicated how the order would be shipped. Then they shipped via Canada Post but refused to take a PO Box number. I live in a location where the ONLY Possible Canada Post delivery is via Postal Box. I only got around your ordering site by entering the PO Box in french.
