Door hinge will not stay tight so door sags. The two screws that attach door to cabinet

The door on my dryer won’t stay closed. I bought a new strike plate and the door itself acts like it has some slop in it where the hinge is. Do you think it’s the hinge, the screws or combo of several things? Please help

Sorry need to clarify i bought a strike plate and catch. (cheap after market) the strike broke but the catch seems fine????????

The top screw to my hinge doesn’t get tight. It is not holding or grabbing anything? What do i do to fix this? Is it something into the casing? I’ve tried alternate screws so it isn’t that.
