All top burners and the oven fire up and work well. All control panel lights/indicators are working. My broiler does not start up. There isn't even a glow.
I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.
I pressed bake and broil together for three seconds and got an F11 21(frequency of failures). I read the F11 corrections and got confused with so many "checks" and "perform(s)" with so many parts.
I have replaced the oven igniters but I'm now assuming that there isn't an igniter for the broiler that I can replace.
Any problem suggestions for parts or tests and whether or not I could repair the problem(s) myself would be much appreciated. If a part(s) are needed instructions on how to test and repair the part(s) would also be appreciated.

Hi Lamar, thank you for reaching out. The F11 error code indicates a communication error. Check the wire harness connections first. If they are fine, the issue could be with the control board, part number PS3625173. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
