The part showed up with no markings on it saying it was glass or fragile or anything. So naturally, the UPS or whoever people broke the glass in transit. Have been trying to get it replaced/returned for almost a month now.
Customer service is a joke and when you call the 800 number it always says "no reps are available"
AVOID using PARTSELECT at ALL COSTS

I need to replace the inner glass for the upper oven door for my KitchenAid kebs209bsp00 double oven. The glass needs to be clear in the middle and dark around the edges. I cannot seem to find this online and all photos show this as a solid clear piece with a frame around it, this doesn't have a frame, it's just glass.

However comparing with the pix showing on the site it looks very different. The glass in my oven is not rectangular, the lower corners were cut, it is narrower on the bottom.and there is no metal frame around it either. Is this the correct part?
