Code F26 was displayed
I removed the rubber gasket, unscrewed the door latch, and removed from behind the gasket. It’s easily accessible from the front for removal and installation. However, it ran for two cycles normally, then displayed the code again.

This machine will not start.
For model number WFC7500VW2
Hello Mike, thank you for your question. The most common reason a unit that won't start is the latch. We would recommend testing the part to determine if it has failed, and if so it will need to be replaced. I hope this helps!

Door locks but door lock light flashes and will not fill
For model number WFC7500VW2
Hi Gary,
Thank you for your question. According to the owner's manual for your washer, when the Door Locked LED light illuminates, the door is locked.
The door is locked and unlocked automatically, depending on the
stage of the wash cycle. Press and hold CANCEL/DRAIN for
3 seconds to unlock the door manually. It will take approximately
1 minute for the door to unlock. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer is not going into a high spin. Should I replace the door lock assembly. Do you have the part number?
For model number WFC7500VW2
Hello Lisa, Thank you for the question. If the Tub is not spinning at all then we woudl suggest test Lid Lock. If the tub is spinning but not at the correct Speed, the Lid Lock is fine. This could be an issue with the Drive Motor, PartSelect Number PS11749959. We hope this helps.
The machine starts sporadically. Lights flash etc but it does not fill with water. Sometimes it takes 4-5 tries. Once it starts it works fine.

Washer does not always sense the door is closed. I have to push hard on the door, on area where the spring-sensor sits behind the door. Which part would you recommend needs replacing?
For model number WFC7500VW1

Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
Hello,
The error code F 13 comes on the display after performing a diagnostic test. Per manual it indicates a door lock/switch problem. It would lock at first when I close the door, then i hear a click and it proceeds to unlock OR before I would have to reopen the door and slam it for it to lock and fill. What do you suggest ?
