Washer will not drain, seems to be stuck at 18 mins and get a code a-10 after a few mins... what is the possible issue?
For model number WFC7500VW1

Hello Kevin and thank you for writing. The code a 10 indicates a plugged drain plug or hose. Check for debris and clean it out and your unit should be good to go. If this does not fix this problem then your drain pump PS11755180 might be faulty. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

During the final rinse and spin cycle the drum dose not spin a full speed and the water does not completely drain leaving the clothes very wet. What could the problem be sensors?

Good Day Kevin. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number WFC7500VW1). We would recommend checking the following: 1) Is the drain hose clogged, or the end of the drain hose more than 55" (1.4 m) above the floor? 2) Is your voltage low? (You may need to check electrical source or call an electrician). 3) Are there excessive suds? (When excessive suds are detected, a special oversuds routine automatically starts. Cycle will complete once extra suds are removed. This will occur more frequently when a non-HE detergent is used). 4) Is the load balanced? (A single or bulky item may cause imbalance. Add more items or redistribute the load). Hope this helps. Best Regards.

We have cleaned out all hoses (panties in main drain)made sure all connections secure, machine goes half way through cycle of wash quits and displays code a9
For model number WFC7500VW1
PartSelect logo
Hello Kevin and thank you for writing. The “A9” on the display on this Whirlpool Washer means that there is a Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient water supply. Check your water lines coming in. You should try a hard reset first. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Clothes not spinning on high speed
Removed braces, then removed belt. Started the belt on, then when I got to a point that I couldn't turn it any more I put the cable tie over belt and wheel, tighten them as tight as I could. When the belt got about on I watched close if you don't it will come off going around motor.
