Tub was banging the right sidewall violently.
Bought this unit sight unseen with the dryer for $100 bucks. Would not finish a spin cycle. Ordered the suspension rod kit and a new absorption pad for the inside wall. Removed 2 screws from the back. Opened lid. Removed plastic tub shroud. Reached in and disconnected 1 suspension rod by hand. Replaced it. Used the hook end of the old rod to help pull the new one into place. Repeated for the 3 others. Cleaned inner wall on right side with alchohol and rag. Replaced absorption pad. Replaced tub shroud. Replaced lid and put screws back. Tested with load of towels. Problem solved.

when washer gets to spin cycle it gets out of balance a lot or to often

Hello John, thank you for your question. Another possible cause of shaking is a faulty Gearcase PS16220911. The bearings are not sold individually but with the gearcase only.
