OE error. All i read indicated the need for new sensor, but it did not correct the problem.
My husband simply removed the old sensor and put the new one in. It was not difficult.

Water overfilling and overflowing out of the soap/softener dispenser drawer
Checked the sensor and when I blow into the sensor I can hear the diaphragm moving but I get continuity across the two outside terminals regardless of the movement. I’m thinking the contacts inside the part must be fused.
For model number MAH8700AWW
Hi Andy, thank you for your question! When a soap drawer leaks it will be almost invariably for one of two reasons, either the incoming water pressure is too high causing water to spill this is a case of too much water is flowing and the water cannot drain through the dispenser hose fast enough. Or something is blocking the flow of water. First, check to make sure that your dispenser is draining properly, and it is not clogged. Clean out the dispenser and softener compartment. Pour a cup of water into the softener compartment quickly until it starts to overflow. It should then siphon the water out and if so, that means the unit is definitely clean. If the dispenser is clean, then you need to replace your water inlet valve, part number PS11741549. This water valve has multiple solenoids. One for the softener and one to fill the tub. The solenoid that fills the tub can be working normally while the softener solenoid will fail, causing water to spill over the top. Good luck with this repair!
Replace drain pump, I'm still error code[no drain] purchased the pump from your company.
For model number NFW7200TW10
Hi Felix, Thank you for the question. The ND (no drain) Error just indicates there is an issue in the draining cycle. Excess suds can cause this error as well. Try running the washer through a rinse cycle without clothes or soap and add a cup of white vinegar to flush the system, then run another load with just water. You can also check the drain hoses for clogs or blockages. Also check the pressure switch hose to make sure it is clear. You can also test the control board with a Multi Meter to see if it is getting 110-120VAC. And the Water Pressure Switch for proper resistance. Check Voltage at Pin #6 and #7 of CN3. Check Voltage and Frequency at Pin #6 and #8 of CN3. Hope this helps!
