direct drive water pump leaking
watched a video that showed how to repair that you had on your web site. also read some of the remarks that other people left on site, one was super easy. just laid washer on its back, unhooked both water lines from pump. unhooked both metal clips holding pump and pulled off. replaced new pump in reverse order. didn't have to go thru all the procedures of taking off the body or nothing. 15min job.

Washer was leaking from the middle front of the machine
The repair went fine and the U - Tube video was very helpful. However, the putty knife under the front corners to release a spring clip was not accurate to release the console. Our Roper had two philips head screws on each corner of the back of the console that had to be removed to allow the console to slide back and off its clips. Then the housing of the machine (sides and front) was not coming off as described. However, after measuring I determined that the water pump had enough clearance to be removed without the housing of the machine being removed. So, the repair was even simpler than described.

washer pump was leaking from a bad seal.
Kayla tilted the washer backwards so I could get access to the pump from below. all I had to remove was two clips then slid the old pump off the shaft and the new one on-clip it in place. Then clamp the hoses on the new ports and we were done in about ten minutes. This made me feel good in three ways... water leaked out from under the machine.
I read the trouble shooting guide on your web sight to figure out what the problem was and after checking the hoses the pump seemed the next most likely problem. So I ordered the part.My main problem was the lack of room to work,if I could have tipped it on it's back or raised it I would not of had a problem. But I tipped it up and blocked it from falling and removed the part while waiting for the new one to arrive.Once it arrived it only took a few minutes to install. When I tried the washer it still leaked water,so I tipped it back up to check it out.The only thing that was wrong was that the spring hose clamps had not seated yet so I moved them around and wiggled the hoses to try and get them tighter. The next time ,it worked fine. The other reviews and trouble shooting guide were a great help!

Pump was leaking water
After unplugging power and disconnecting water drain hose, I pulled the washer out aprox four feet from the wall and leaned it back against the wall. I then used a lamp at the end of an ext cord to light up below the washer where the water pump was attached and it was easy to remove and replace! I carefully replaced the washer in its original location and reconnected power and drain hose. The job was complete in 15 minutes! Wow!

Water pump was leaking
I pulled out the washer, laid it on it's back, pulled off the two hoses using pliers for the clamps, pulled back two clips, pulled off the pump from the shaft, put the new pump on the shaft, and did the reverse of the above. It was a simple operation and made even more satisfying by the prompt delivery of the part, within 2 days. Thank you for that, and I will use your services in the future if needed.

Water pump leaking
Flip washer on its back, Undo/flip the clips/clamps off the water pump, remove the clamps from the hose and remove hoses from water pump, slide the pump off the direct drive, line up the shaft/drive with the new water pump and slide into position and return the clamps to secure water pump in place and reattach water hoses and clamp to the water pump. There should be two hoses going to the water pump, flip washer back upright and run a cycle to make sure the problem has been fixed
