Installation was very easy and only took about two minutes. I am extremely pleased.

Easy, perfect

Remove the 3 screws in the door. You will have to pry the door frame apart. use 1 or more flat screwdrivers to pry the inner liner from the medal door. There are plastic pieces that recess into the inner door from the medal frame. Once you get a few loose it is easy to remove the frame. Locate the 2 screws from the handle and attach the new handle. Then reverse the process to put the frame and inner door back together and put the 3 screws back in.

Removed microwave case and bad part was right there in plain sight attached to the magatron. Two screws and two wires and part replacement was done. Plugged in microwave and works perfect. Couldn't have been any easier. Thanks for the easy troubleshooting and parts suggestions on your site.

My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Remove old filter & insert replacement filters

Remove the screws holding the bottom vent plate to the upper unit, using a Phillips head screwdriver. Loosen a front screw last, but don't remove it. While supporting the plate in one hand, unscrew the final screw with the other. Lower the front of the bottom plate - tabs in the rear will prevent the plate from falling out. Bend the outer tabs holding the old filters in place, to allow them to be slid out. Insert the new filters & bend the tabs back into locking position. Raise the bottom plate and finger tighten a front screw. Replace and tighten all screws. This is also a simple way to remove/clean/replace the mesh filters. I've pulled the D-rings off trying to slide them out from below.

I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

Slid them out and slid them in. Best part - ordered them at Noon on the Friday after the 4th of July and they arrived at 12:10 the next day - standard shipping.

All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.
