Right front burner does not work, red light near burner stays on, wiring harness from control knob to burner appears to have shorted and shows burn marks at connector, used electrical tester to check if power is coming out of control knob unit to burner, no power, probably need new controller and harness from burner to control knob unit but i don't see any wiring harnesses listed as parts

Oven does not respond to touch pad, clock lights but cannot control it. Oven is dead as well as the clock from any touch pad control. Fan or oven light touch control pad dead. Cook to works fine but they used control knobs. The oven functions died slowly with some features working longer before dying. Now no oven just a clock with the wrong time but the clock functions keeping the wrong time but well light.

rapid heat cycle not working, takes oven much longer to teach desired temp.
For model number JES9900BAS
Hello Gerald, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the thermostat, part number PS2085768, the bake element, part number PS11752540, and the oven temperature sensor, part number PS1570174. These parts can be checked with a multimeter for continuity. If this does not help, the issue is most probably related to a faulty control board, part number PS11745985. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. We look forward to hearing from you if you need assistance with placing an order through our 7-day-a-week customer service. We hope this helps!

Oven not holding 350 F, when cooling the coils did not reheat
Removed the oven door by opening slightly, then pic door up to remove. Remove 2 screws holding oven sensor in place, gently pull on sensor to remove, had to remove about 8 inches to get at plastic connector. Unplug connector, had to use an adapter cable supplied with the PartSelect kit to install new sensor, push cable back into opening, reinstall 2 screws. The oven works fine! Note that due to thermal lag the temperature overshoots to 370 degrees and undershoots to 340 degrees, this appears to be normal oven operation. Putting door back in place was easy.

Right rear burner went bad
Turned the breaker off, I removed 2 screws securing the range top to the range, opened the top and secured it in the up position, Removed the 2 screws securing the element ,one at a time I swapped the quick connectors from the old element to the new and repeated the process in reverse. I save over $100.00 in labor, plus most companies get you for a trip charge. It was easy!!
