Drawer slides were broken on both sides of my meat/deli drawer
I ordered the parts and they arrived very quickly. (I was impressed with that.) The repair itself was pretty simple, I was able to do it myself in a very short time. I will definitely be back next time I need to make a simple appliance repair.

Torn, worn gaskets on freezer and food door
Installed first gasket by removing all the screws from the food door then removed the old gasket. Able to install new gasket by screwing all the screw which took the most time. This took about 20 minutes. So many screws, some i kept dropping. The second gasket for the freezer door was much easier and faster because the screws was not taken completely out but partially unscrewed. Was able to remove old gasket and install new gasket without any problems. Tightened the screws. Perfect fit. Done in less then 10 minutes.

Freezer seal was broken
Thanks to some reviews we found online about replacing gaskets, ours went very smoothly. One person said to soak the gasket in hot water, which we did til it was very soft. Installed like a breeze. Then, the same person said to tape the door closed after installation, we did that too. The gasket looks like it was professionally installed and we have never done it before. Thanks!

Broke the arm off the food compartment rocker switch
After receiving the new part almost immediately, using two screw drivers, removed the broken switch from the plastic frame. Be careful not to scratch or otherwise tear the plastic...very pliable. Since the original switch was factory installed and the wires were packed in fiberglass insulation, the switch came out but the wires and clips were still in place and could not reach the new switch. It was necessary to pull them down with bent long nose pliers...used a lot of "pull" but the wires held up.Connected the switch, turned the power on and there was light! Reports from other users really took the uncertainty out of the task.

Over 3 years tear in gasket grew to 10 inches door had to be held shut with masking tape.
When part arrived put it on flat surface for several days, to climatize to house temperature. When ready for replacing, removed freezer door. Put door on flat surface. Removed old gasket, cleaned door, put on new gasket, replaced door, lightly wiped vaseline on gasket. Freezer holding at zero. It was nice, if needed, to have phone# and website. Easy job.
