The first thing I did was watch the video on the removal of the old broken dispenser and I said to myself that it couldn't be that easy. Well I am going on 70 years old and I was going to call a local to fix it. I bought the new dispenser just to avoid the up-charge. When the conformation email got here with video and written instructions. I watched the video and read the instructions. Just after the part arived (ahead of scheduls) I looked at the machins and said wat the he** what is she going to do to an old man. Got my screwdriver (battery and reversable) and wouldn't you know it . It only took me less then 15 minutes to do the whole job. I can't thank them enough for the video. Wife asked where the part was and almost pased out when I opened the door.. lol Trust these people . They know what they are doing!!!

Bought a new lower rack with wheels. Take out old rack,remove new rack from box. Check new rack and find two wheels missing from rack and nowhere to be found. Check old rack and find the best two wheels,remove from old rack and place on the new rack. Slide mostly new rack into washer and save a few more old wheels—just in case. Notify company and get no response until today!!!

The wheel kit came with axel's to support them. They snapped in place in seconds. No instructions provided, but installing method was obvious.

Watched online video, repaired myself in under 10 minutes.
Easy fix with video instructions

The repair was very easy and straight forward. I removed the electrical wires, removed the two hose's and then removed the old valve from the dishwasher frame. To install the new valve, I just did everything in reverse. No problem and I saved about $80 for the repairman to come out and I am sure I would have paid more for the valve if he provided it.

Attached the drain hose to the dishwasher pump and to the sink pipes and I was done.

very easy old part out new part in direct replacement, fit right in and it is working. Great deal and about half of the price than ge website. Thank you.

Removed the lower rack. Took off the old wheels. Put the axles on the new wheels which took a little manpower, but became easier once you did a couple (there are 8 wheels). Then snapped the new wheels on the rack which was really simple. The new design is much improved to the old one. The wheels glide better, then they ever did. We're sorry we didn't think of this repair years ago and the cost was a fraction of the cost of a new dishwasher.

Removed the unit from under counter and placed it with the door side down. Removed clamps/bands from the outlets on the sump and removed screws that attached sump to dishwasher tub. Reversed the process with the new sump and positioned the dishwasher unt=der the cabinet. Next step was to remove the arm and cover parts to the sump, then removed the old upper neck portion that stuck to a strainer. Then aligned the strainer to connect to the small neck of the sump and replaced items in the order from which they were removed.

Called repairman: announced that the drain pump was gone. Did not seem right. Went to the website. Found what I was looking for. 49% of the time it was a check-valve issue; only 26% of the time was the pump the problem. Took the unit from under the counter; got it on its side; removed the drain pump. Found my first check-valve, but thediagram showed a second lower one toward the sump. Having located both and purchased two valves and and the lower holder piece, I was ready to finish the job. Quarter-inch nut driver and a screw driver and the valves were in and the drain pump re-installed. Most difficult in my case was getting the dw back into its spot and lashed down! took screws from inside door panel and replaced the cover taking care not to allow plunger and spring to pop out put panel in place and screwed down

Opened the package, opened the plastic parts bag, installed the roller and the cap.

Whew!

did it by hand, carefully flair out the plastic piece only enough to slide it into the metal rail.
