Easy

Removed the broken fan blade (just pulled off) and replaced with part purchased PartSelect. Very easy repair, no tools required.

This shelf has been broken for about a year now and my husband tried several little quick fixes that would work for a while and then the shelf would fall again. A quick search online led me to your website, the part arrive within two days, and the shelf was fixed in less than ten minutes. It's working great. We'll definitely keep you in mind for the future.

Un Plugged the frig. Unlocked the socket by pressing down on the latch. Pulled the socket out ensuring I had enough slack. Unplugged the old socket installed the new. Plugged the frig back in. Tested the switch . Very easy-to-use.

It was way to ez to install only a couple of minutes that's it

Pulled the two wires out from the access hole in the lower part of the refrigerator. Put them in the spade connectors on the new switch, and pushed the switch into place.

pluged the wire harness into the new socket from the back and snaped the socket in place.

I pulled off the broken piece, ordered the new piece, and snapped it on. VERY SIMPLE.

Frig parts had been scavenged in an apartment complex. Restoring socket was only a matter of plugging in two spade contacts and clipping in socket.

First, I removed the broken end cap from refrigerator door. Then I snapped the new end cap into place. Repair took less than 5 minutes and required NO TOOLS! Easy!! Got my part in one day, Thanks.

Removed the shelf retainer and snapped the new one in. and reinstalled the shelf on the door.
This was a very simple problem!
What really impressed me was that I ordered the part from you before noon on one day and received it by 11 AM the next day!!!

My wife and I followed the installation video & put the gasket in hot water. We struggled to get it started in the second corner on top. Gasket had cooled down so wasn't wanting to go in the slot. I finally got the bright idea to use a hair dryer to warm the gasket as we pushed it along.
That helped us finish the installation.
Not sure the new gasket is the complete answer to the leakage at the top of the door (forming ice crystals). The MAGNETS ARE WEAK compared to my 1 year old GE top freezer refrigerator!

Just as your video described, although due to the age of the fridge, it took a bit longer to remove the defective switch. Your video made this so simple, I can't imagine why we lived with a dark fridge for so long! I was ready to buy a whole new fridge, as repairmen are often nonexistent for small repairs. I matched the part I needed throught your web site. Then I called and spoke to a customer support person, and gave my personal information to her. I do not like giving my credit card numbers over the internet. Your site allows me to do that.

Turned the wire protector to the side. Turned out the old bulb and replaced it with the new. Turned the wire protector back in place and I'm like new.
