25360523308 Kenmore Refrigerator - Instructions

Followed the installation instruction for both parts now both the freezer and refrigerator are getting cold

I wrote three emails for help replacing it--no one has responded to any of my emails Every time I try to call, you are not taking calls

From most posts I've read, the defrost timer was the culprit so I blindly ordered one. Easy install but did not fix the problem so I broke out the ohm meter. The only other 2 items it could be all tested good with my meter so I bypassed the defrost thermostat (per forum help...actually quite easy)and it defrosted fine, which told me I needed a new defrost thermostat. Installed fairly easy and problem gone.

Super easy. I watch the short video and did the same. (Removal) I started by emptying the two drawers of produce. Then pulled the draws out and set them aside. Then simply lifted the cover and pulled it straight out. (New Installation) Insert the new cover to the back of the frig and dropped it in place and replace the two draws into the hanging tracks and push them in. Done

Refrigerator door racks broken.
Removed old ones and replaced with new door racks. Just snap on.

The repair was very easy just popped the new one in place.

Removed the shelf and one screw on the back of the rail. Replaced rail and screw. Re-inserted the drawer and it was done.

Ordered new one. Popped it in. Very Very easy

removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

Simple replacement. One screw to be tightened

I tested the components in the refrigerator defrost function. I used digital multimeter and checked for continuity. Defrost thermostat must 32 degrees or lower.

Removed top shelf. Removed rail screw and old rail. Install new rail and use rail screw to secure.

Removed shelf from frig. Removed screw of broken rail. Replaced with new rail with screw. Very easy.

Unscrewed screw from back of shelf pulled broken part out of slot it holds in and replaced with new one screwed the piece back in place.

The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.
